目的 观察复方花刺参粘多糖对大鼠急性缺血心肌的保护作用。方法 将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、复方花刺参粘多糖组。灌胃3d后均静脉注射垂体后叶素造成心肌缺血损伤模型,观察两组大鼠心电图ST段偏移及心率失常的发生情况。结果 复方花刺参粘多糖能明显缓解垂体后叶素所引起的心电图ST段变化(P〈0.05),并能使大鼠心律失常的发生率显著下降(P〈0.05)。结论 复方花刺参粘多糖对垂体后叶素所致急性缺血心肌具有保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of stichopus variegates compound on the myocardial ischemic injury in rats. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into stichopus variegates compound group and control group. The models of myocardial ischemia were built in rats with pituitrin after 3-day oral treatment. ST deviation and arrhythmia of ECG in both guoups were observed and compared. Results Stichopus variegates compound benefited the rats with pituitrin-induced acute myocardial ischemia to reverse ST deviation and arrhythmia (P〈0.05). Conclusion Our results suggest that stichopus variegates compound has a protective action on the experimental myocardial ischemia.
