组织要想保持竞争优势,必须引导中层管理者与高层管理者的行为相一致,有效地执行战略。文章采用社会心理学的视角,验证高管支持、组织认同、执行承诺能激发中层管理者有效地战略执行,执行承诺在高管支持、组织认同与战略执行之间承担中介作用。
To maintain sustainable competitive advantage, organizations have to maintain action consistency between middle managers and top managers for effective implementation of the strategy. From the perspective of social psychologyt this paper verifies that top management support, organizational identification, implementing commitment may stimulate middle managers to effectively implement strategy, with the implementing commitment mediating the relationship of top management support, organizational identi- fication and strategy implementation.
