本文在系统梳理直觉决策相关文献的基础上,总结了直觉概念的内涵特质和类型划分,从三种主要的心理学研究视角探讨了直觉的解释机理。综合直觉形成及其影响的相关研究,我们认为直觉决策的形成因素大致包括环境特征、企业因素、决策任务,以及心理因素和经验,影响作用集中在企业家精神、战略决策和知识型团队决策三个方面。文章分析了提升直觉决策效用的路径。本文认为未来应从研究视角整合、研究方法扩展、丰富情境因素以及认知偏差类型划分和应对等层面深化直觉型决策的研究。
Based on a systematic review of intuitive decision-making literature, this paper summarizes the core elements and categories of intuition, and explores the process of intuitive decision-making from three main psychology perspectives. Based on an integrative framework of antecedents and consequences of intuition, it argues that the antecedents inspiring intuition include environmental characteristics, enterprises, decision tasks, psychological factors and experiences and intuition may exert a significant implication in the field of entrepreneurship, strategy decision-making and knowledge-based team decision-making. And it analyzes the routes to improve the intuitive decision-making effectiveness. Future research needs to be strengthened on integrated research perspectives, an expansion of research methods, an en- richment of context factors and the classification & response of cognitive bias.
