合成了一系列含不同基团的三芳基膦配体,并考察其对Karstedt催化剂催化硅氢加成反应的影响.结果表明,含氨基、羧基、烷基等基团的三芳基膦配体有抑制作用,而含硅基官能团的三芳基膦配体则可提高Karstedt催化剂催化活性,同时提高了β加成物的选择性.当催化剂用量为0.5‰,7a配体含量与 Karstedt (0.5‰相对苯乙烯)的比例为6∶1,催化效果最佳.
A series of triarylphosphine ligands containing different groups were prepared ,and the effects of these ligands on the Karstedt catalyst in hydrosilylation reaction were investigated .The results indicate that the triarylphosphine ligands containing amino , carboxyl or alkyl group inhibit the catalytic activity of Karstedt catalyst , and in contrary , the triarylphosphine ligands containing silicon-based functional group promote both the catalytic activity of Karstedt catalyst and the selectivity of βadducts .When the amount of catalyst is 0 .5 ‰ ,and the rate of ligands and Karstedt catalyst is 6∶1 ,the best catalytic effect is obtained .
