Researches on the genetic diversity of vegetable marrow are beneficial to its collection, identification, preservation, innovation and rational utilization. In this paper, the research progress of genetic diversity of vegetable marrow was elaborated from the aspects of morphological marker, biochemical and molecular markers, and some suggestions to resolve the problem in study were put forward.
