对微生物凝固湿天然橡胶进行了不同表面温度的微波干燥试验,并对其微波干燥特性进行了分析。结果表明,微生物凝固湿天然橡胶微波干燥的全过程可分为加速、减速、相对恒速3个阶段;干燥温度对干燥过程影响较大;快速和较快失水阶段为物料干燥的主要阶段;从综合效益考虑湿天然橡胶微波干燥最佳干燥温度为115℃。
The microwave drying tests of microbial coagulation wet natural rubber for different surface temperatures are made, and the microwave drying characteristics of microbial coagulation wet natural rubber are analyzed. The results show that the entire process of microwave drying for microbial coagulation wet natural rubber can be divided into acceleration, deceleration, and relatively constant speed drying in three stages, and the drying temperature has a bigger effect on the drying process. The fast and rapid water loss stages are the main phase of microwave drying for wet natural rubber, and from the overall efficiency of natural rubber to consider microwave drying, the best drying temperature is 115℃.
