笔者采用SEM和TG-DTG方法研究微波和热风干燥方式处理的NR的表观超微结构以及热氧降解反应动力学。结果表明,采用微波干燥的NR胶粒表面粗糙,而热风干燥的NR胶粒表面熔融平滑;两种干燥方式处理的NR热氧降解过程均为两步反应,用微波干燥的湿NR热氧稳定性较高。
The SEM and the TG-DTG methods were used to study the apparent ultrastructural and the Thermal-oxidative Degradation' s Kinetics of NR which by microwave and hot air drying. The results showed when the NR was by microwave drying, its surface was roughness,and when the NR was by hot air drying,its surface was melting; the thenno-oxidative degradation's process of NR which by two drying ways were the two-step reaction, NR by microwave drying had higher thermal-oxidative stability.
