再制造具有优质、高效及环保的特点,燃煤锅炉引风机叶片的再制造具有十分显著的经济效益及节能、节材效果。在分析燃煤锅炉引风机叶片失效机理的基础上,介绍了引风机叶片在再制造中的主要工艺过程,重点阐述了引风机叶片表面强化时的热喷涂涂层的材料与制备工艺的选择。研究表明:对于失效的引风机叶片,采用微弧仿形堆焊或激光仿形堆焊能有效地恢复叶片的尺寸及形状:在叶片的再制造中,通过对叶片表面采用高速电弧喷涂、火焰喷熔等强化处理,能进一步提高引风机叶片的使用寿命。引风机叶片的再制造费用一般仅为新叶片的20%~40%,但其耐磨性优于新叶片,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
Remanufacturing has the advantages of high quality, high efficiency, energy-saving, material-saving and environment protection. which currently has been aroused great attention in the field of mechanical manufacturing. The remanufacturing of induced draft fan blades in coal-fired boiler was of vmy significant economic benefits, enerDT-saving and material-saving effects. Based on the analysis of the failure mechanisms of induced draft fan blades in coal-fired boiler, the main remanufacturing processes of induced draft fan blades were introduced, and the coating materials and the process choice of theivnal spray in the surface strengthening of the blades were also introduced emphatically. Research has indicated that for the failed fan blades, their dimensions and shapes can be repaired effectively by profile modeling surfacing or laser cladding, and the fan blades service life can be enhanced further by using strengthening processes of high speed arc spraying, flame spraying and fusing and so on in remanufacturing of the fan blades. Also the resistance of the blades wearing aftra" remanufacturing is more excellent than the new blades. The remanufacturing cost of the blades is only 20%-40% comparing with the new blades. Therefore the remanufacturing of induced draft fan hlades has significant economic and societal benefits.
