设计旅游特征感知因子量表,通过问卷调查获取第一手资料,采用SPSS作为数据分析工具,运用重要性一绩效分析模型(IPA)和比较研究法,分析和讨论游客对广东科学中心旅游特征的感知。研究结果显示,教育价值、科技价值、可体验性、可参与性、更新速度和解说服务是科技馆特有的主要旅游特征,这些特征对科技馆未来的工作重点和营销资源配置战略具有重要的启示作用。

英文摘要:

Tourist satisfaction degree, which plays an important role in tourism destination management and marketing, is a cheerful or disappointing feeling based on a comparison between tourist's expectation and perception. Marketing a destination requires an understanding of tourist perception and many scholars have taken universal and in-depth studies on this topic. But in the realm of science and technology hall, relevant theory and practice research is almost vacant. The paper tries to extend and improve the existing theories of tourist perception for science and technology museum and designs an evaluation index system of tourist perception. The evaluation model consists of 3 hierarchies and 18 indexes. The first hierarchy is the "resources factors", which is comprised of science-technology value, educational value, aesthetic value, uniqueness, experience property, participation and update speed. The second hierarchy is the "services factors", including catering service, lodging service, interpretational system, breathing place, shopping service and complaints service, referring to the appropriate, humanized and personalized services that produces tourism attraction to tourists. The third hierarchy is the "environment factors", which is made up of natural ecology, folk custom, economic level, accessibility and regional spots. The environment forms an overall tourism attraction of destination together with the tourism resources and services. Taking Guangdong Science Centre as an example, on the basis of the data collected from questionnaire, the paper adopt the method of importance-performance analysis (IPA) and comparative study to conduct a quantitative study on tourist perception in Guangdong Science Centre. The conclusion indicates that educational value, science-technology value, experience properties, participation, update speed and interpretational system are very importance attribute of science and technology museum.
