采用化学还原共沉淀法制备了不同Cu含量配比的SnSbCux(x=0.1、0.2、0.3和0.4)负极材料,研究了负极材料的显微形貌、循环充放电性能和倍率性能。结果表明,在锂电池SnSbCux负极材料中加入Cu后,虽然首次放电容量有所降低,但是循环100次后的放电容量明显提高。其中,SnSbCu0.3负极材料的电化学性能最好,在循环100次后其放电容量保持率仍然在77%。适当提高电压区间可以有效提高SnSbCu0.3负极材料的电化学性能,而且SnSbCu0.3负极材料的倍率性能明显优于SnSb。
The anode materials SnSbCux with different Cu contents were prepared by chemical reduction coprecipitation method, and the morphologies, cyclic charge-discharge performance and rate performance of the anode materials were investigated. The results show that the cycle discharge capacity after 100 times increase significantly after adding Cu into the anode material SnShCux for lithium battery, although the first discharge capacity decreases. In these anode materials, the electrochemical properties of SnSbCu0.3 is the best, which can maintain its discharge capacity at 77% after 100 cycles. The electrochemical performance of the anode material SnSbCuo0.3 can be further improved by increasing the voltage in a certain range. Furthermore, the rate capability of the anode material SnSbCu0.3 is much better than that of SnSb.
