采用丙烯酸与丙烯酰胺单体共聚法制备高吸水树脂(SAP)是提高吸水树脂性能的有效途径之一。选取两种聚丙烯酸钾-丙烯酰胺共聚型高吸水树脂,系统研究了四种金属离子对其交替吸水吸盐特征的影响。结果表明,金属离子对SAP有较强的抑制作用,四种金属阳离子对两种SAP吸水倍率及最大吸水能力的影响顺序为去离子水〈K+〈Na+〈Ca2+〈Fe3+,K+、Na+等一价离子对SAP吸盐特征的影响具有良好的恢复特性,而Ca2+、Fe3+等高价阳离子不具备可恢复特性。聚丙烯酸钾-丙烯酰胺共聚型SAP吸去离子水后的水凝胶并非经典三维网络交联结构,而是呈现出一个个形状及大小各异的蜂窝状立体交联网格膜结构,而吸四种金属离子后的SAP水凝胶内部结构存在形态各异的微形态特征。
It is the effective approach to enhance the characteristics of superabsorbent polymers(SAP)by copolymerization with polyacrylate and polyacrylamide monomer.In this paper,two potassium-polyacrylate-polyacrylamide SAPs were chose,and the effect of four metal ions on its characteristics under alternated water-absorbing and salinity-absorbing was studied.The results show that:the metal ions have strong restrain function to the SAPs,and the effect order of two SAPs on the water-absorbing ratio and max capability is deionized waterK+ Na+ Ca2+ Fe3+.The effect of K+ and Na+ on the characteristics of salinity-absorbing can be comeback,but the Ca2+ and Fe3+ cannot.The micro-morphology of potassium-polyacrylate-polyacrylamide SAP hydrogel isn't the classical 3-dimensional network structure,but all membranes in 3-dimensional gridding membrane structure.The four cations have different influences on the micro-morphology of hydrogel.
