渗透性能是混凝土耐久性的指标之一,为了研究锂渣钢渣复合混凝土的渗透性能.首先通过安定性实验,发现锂渣和钢渣的总掺量不宜突破75%,在此基础之上,选用总掺量为35%~75%的锂渣和钢渣来配制高性能混凝土.通过抗压强度实验和氯离子渗透实验的研究结果表明:总掺量在35%~55%之间时,其氯离子渗透系数和抗压强度都较空白组要好;应力水平为30%时,各水胶比下28 d和84 d的氯离子渗透系数均较标养下要小;当应力上升到80%时,混凝土受到一定程度上的损伤,其氯离子渗透系数逐渐增大。
Permeability is durable. In order to study chloride ion penetration of concrete with lithium-slag and steel slag, it is found that by first stability tests, lithium-slag and steel slag dosage can not exceed 75%. On this basis, selecting the total dosage of lithium -slag and steel-slag is 35%-75% to formulate high performance concrete. The results of mechanics and chloride ion penetration of concrete show that when the total dosage is between 35% and 55%, its Chloride ion diffusion coefficient and mechanics are higher than that of the blank group. Chloride ion permeability coefficient of 28 d and 84 d under different water-binder ratios is smaller than standard curing when the Stress level is 30%. Chloride ion permeability coefficient of concrete is bigger because it is subject to a cer- tain injury when the Stress level is uo to 80%.
