锂渣和钢渣都具有潜在的活性,但其掺量过大时就会影响混凝土的安定性。为了使其能在混凝土中得到最大化利用,故采用试饼法和雷氏夹法评价单掺锂渣、钢渣和复掺锂渣和钢渣的安定性。试验结果表明:锂渣掺量大于等于胶材总量的75%时,水泥一锂渣浆体表现出假凝现象;大于胶材总量的85%时,其体积安定性不良;钢渣掺量大于胶材总量的70%时,其体积安定性不良;复掺后,当钢渣掺量占优时,其标准稠度较小些;相反,锂渣的掺入对水泥一锂渣一钢渣混凝土的安定性有抑制作用;最大掺量在胶材总量的75%以内时其体积安定性良好。
Lithium slag and steel slag are potentially active which will affect the stability of the concrete when dosage is excessive.In order to enable them to get the maximum to use in concrete, so,using test cake law and reye clip to evaluate the stability with single-mixed lithium-slag,steel slag and complex mixed lithium-slag and steel slag.The results showed that:the slurry of cement and lithium-slag exhibits the phenomenon of false condensate when the dosage of lithium-slag is than or equal to 75% of total plastic materials, its's cubage stability is bad that the dosage of lithium-slag is than 85% and steel slag is than 70% .The normal consistency of cement, lithium-slag and steel slag's slurry is small when steel slag is dominant after mixed,contrast,lithium-slag can inhibit poor stability, it's stability is good when the maximum dosage is less than or equal 75% of plastic materials.
