采用刀口法进行试验,研究分析不同水胶比和不同钢渣粉掺量对混凝土早期抗裂性的影响。结果表明,在水胶比小于等于0.40时,水胶比对混凝土抗裂性能的影响较为明显;在相同的水胶比下,掺钢渣粉的混凝土与对照组比较,前者由于掺加了钢渣粉,延长了混凝土的初裂时间,随着掺量的增加,混凝土的抗裂性越突出。
The knife-edge test is used here to research and analyze the impact of different water-cement ration and steel slag powder content on the early crack-resistance of concrete .The results show that when the water-cement ration is less than or equal to 0 .40 ,its impact on the crack resistance of concrete is more obvious ;under the same water-cement ration and compared with the control group ,the concrete mixed with steel slag powder extends the time of early cracking ,and with the increase of mixed dosage ,the concrete’s crack resistance is more prominent .
