The dual factor theory is an important component of the motivation theory in behavioral science . This paper introduced the main concepts of the dual factor theory and analyzed the dualfactor composition in the motivation of nurses in hospitals . Through this , we provide several ways to motivate nursing staff in hospitals ,such as salary system , working environment , interpersonal relationship , occupation career planning etc .
