Large data public governance refers to the government and public organizations to use big data technology methods in the open data platform for decision-making, supervision and serv- ice. This article sorts the leading role of the national core value concept on large data public govern- ance in grasp of the laws of history, clearing direction of development, cultivation of reform power etc. , the guidance function of administrative values concept on large data public governance orienta- tion, structure, specification; sums up the internal logical relationship between the national core val- ues, administrative value and big data public governance value view; analyzes the influence of the large data public governance value view on three aspects of governance subject, management object and management tools; and puts forward the basic framework of the value target, value standard and i value levels of the public governance values of big data.
