英文摘要：

This study examines how different types of knowledge strategy （search breadth and search depth） affect enterprise radical innovation, and analyses with contingency approach the moderating effects that technical uncertainty makes in knowledge strategy and radical innovation. The empirical results based on 182 Chinese high--tech firms indicate that search depth has direct effects on radical innovation. Technical uncertainty has negative effects on the relationship between search breadth and radical innovation and positive effects on the relationship between search depth and radical innovation. Finally, the present paper discusses managerial implication and future research.
