It examined how external learning（ technical learning and administrative learning） affect enterprise＇s radical innovation,and examined the moderating effects of technical uncertainty and market uncertainty on the above two relations. The empirical research based on 168 Chinese high-tech firms indicates that both technical learning and administrative learning have direct effects on radical innovation. Technical uncertainty has positive effects on the relationship between technical learning and radical innovation,and also the relationship between administrative learning and radical innovation. Market uncertainty has positive effects on the relationship between technical learning and radical innovation. Finally,it discussed managerial implication and future research.
