考虑地理空间的溢出效应,基于知识生产函数,通过建立计量经济学空间杜宾模型,对我国28个省级区域间高校创新产出的溢出效应进行分析。结果表明,我国高校创新产出存在明显的省域空间集群现象;高校R＆D创新投入中人员全时当量和外商直接投资额对创新产出具有显著而正向的直接影响且存在空间溢出效应,R＆D经费内部支出对高校创新产出没有明显的直接影响,但存在正向空间溢出效应。

英文摘要：

This paper considers geographic spatial spillover effect to analyze spillover effect of university innovation output in28 provincial regions of China though establishing econometric Spatial Durbin Model. The results show that university innovation outputs are highly regionalized and spatial clustered; personnel full-time equivalent and foreign direct investment have significant and positive direct effect. Funds internal expenditure has no obvious direct impact on university innovation output,but there is positive spatial spillover effect.
