分别用照射强度373.8roW/cmz的总紫外线,强度为60.6mW/cm2、波长365nm的UVA和强度7.8mW/cm2、波长253.7nm的UVC对黄曲霉进行照射处理,然后在避光和光照培养两种条件下继续培养,研究了不同波长紫外线照射对黄曲霉菌产毒的影响。试验结果表明:在一定条件下,各波长的最佳抑制率分别为:UVA:53%、UVC:91%、总紫外线:100%;而且在紫外照射强度相同的条件下,避光培养表现出的抑制作用强于光下培养,可能与光修复有关。
In order to study the influence of different wavelengths of ultraviolet irradiation on the aflatoxin production of Aspergillus flavus, the myeelia of Aspergillus flavus were irradiated respectively by total UV radiation with the intensity of 373.8 mW/cm2, UVA with the wavelength of 365 nm and the intensity of 60.6 mW/em2 , and UVC with 253.7 nm wavelength and 7.8 mW/cm2 intensity, and then underwent further culture with or without light. The results indicated that : under the given conditions, the best inhibito- ry ratio of UVA, UVC and total UV radiation was 53%, 91% and 100% respectively. Under the condition of the same irradiation intensity, the inhibitory effect of ultraviolet irradiation to aflatoxin production of Aspergillus flavus in dark culture was stronger than that in light culture, which might be related to the light recovery.
