利用综合有限元分析软件ABAQUS对深水项张式生产立管(TTR)进行了非线性动力分析,得到其应力时程曲线。采用Miner线性累积损伤理论、S—N曲线和自编的雨流计数法程序对生产立管进行疲劳寿命分析。以一典型生产立管为例进行计算,结果表明浪致疲劳损伤在立管上部与浪向平行的直径位置较为严重。
Nonlinear dynamical analysis of deepwater production TTR is proposed by using general finite element analysis software ABAQUS, and the stress-time curves are calculated. Using Miner's linear cumulative damage theory,S-N curve and rain flow counting method procedures, the fatigue life of production riser is analyzed. Take a typical production riser as an example to calculate, the results show that wave-induced fatigue damage on riser top location and diameter of the parallel position is worse than the other location.
