J型铺管法是适用于深海管线铺设安装的先进技术之一,研究J型铺管过程中管线的参数敏感性分析有助于认识J型铺管法的技术难点和评估安装的安全性.通过理论解析计算法和有限元法对J型铺管过程中的管线进行了整体静、动力学对比分析,比较总结了不同铺设条件和海洋环境参数下管线的力学响应规律和程度.研究结果表明:管线顶部与触底点区域是至关重要的区域;水深和管线下放初始倾角对力学性能影响很大,初始倾角参数需得到精确控制.
J-Lay method is one of the most advanced methods for deep sea pipeline installation.Parametric sensitivity analysis of pipelines during J-Lay installation can help understand technical difficulties of J-Lay method and evaluate the safety.With the application of analytical calculation method and finite element method,the static and dynamic contrastive analysis of pipeline is conducted.The law and extent of pipeline mechanical response with different installation condition and ocean environment parameters are compared and summarized.The results of the analysis are shown that the top zone and touchdown region are the most important region during J-Lay installation;water depth and departure angles can make great effects on pipeline mechanical property and the departure angle parameter should be under accurate control.
