传统的过轨起重机多数采用开环系统控制其过轨过程,其对轨精度、过轨稳定性、过轨安全性等方面有很大的欠缺.研究采用起升小车实际位置为输入信号,轨道对准校核系统作为反馈信号,设计出基于闭环控制的对轨精度控制系统和采用电机驱动的曲柄摇杆机构的新型过轨锁紧装置,提高了过轨起重机的对轨精确度、过轨可靠性和运行的平稳性.
Traditional over-rail crane takes the open-loop system to control its cross-track process,its track alignment accuracy,cross-track stability and safety is very poor.It is studied to take actual position of the lifting trolley as input signal and track-alignment checking system as the feedback signal.A new type of cross-track locking device is designed based on closed loop system for track precision control and adopting motor-driven a crank and rocker mechanism,so that the track alignment accuracy of over-rail crane,its cross-track reliability,and its stability of running are improved.
