测定了瑞香狼毒的石油醚、二氯甲烷、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、乙醇、甲醇六种粗提物对朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus)的触杀活性。六种粗提物对成螨触杀的LC50分别为3.2066 mg/mL-1、4.2477 mg/mL-1、5.5588 mg/mL-1、3.9356 mg/mL-1、5.9913 mg/mL-1、6.1026 mg/mL-1;石油醚粗提物的触杀效果最好,但对卵的作用效果最差,校正死亡率仅为32.30 %;二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、乙醇、甲醇提取物的校正死亡率分别为72.90 %、86.89 %、69.72 %、61.53 %;氯仿提取物较高,达到了89.19 %(P<0.05)。
The acaricidal effective of Stelera chamaejasme crude extracts desolved by petroleum either, methylene dichloride, chloroform, ethyl acetate, ethanol and methanol were evaluated against Tetranyehus cinnabarinus.The LC50 value in the bioassay of contact toxicity were 3.2 066, 4.2 477, 5.5 588, 3.9 356, 5.9 913, 6.1 026 mg/mL, which indicated the PE extracts was the best acaricide. But the PE extract' s corrected mortality of eggs, 32.30 %, was the lowest of all. Chloroform extracts has the maximum mortality of 89.19% (P〈 0.05), while the four other's were 72.90 %, 86.89 %, 69.72 %, 61.53 %, respectively.
