Agricultural mechanization is an important badge of agricultural modernization.The development of agricultural mechanization is main measure for enhancing agricultural production efficiency,improving basic condition of agricultural production and relieving labor pressures.The construction of agricultural mechanization institutions and efficient agricultural mechanization institutional arrangement are basic condition for sustainable development of agricultural mechanization level.Based on the definition of the basic framework on agricultural mechanization institutional change,we classified the basic characteristics in different stages of agricultural mechanization and analyzed the synergy of them by analyzing the different objectives and traits of different stages.
