本文在对新农村建设各子系统辨识的基础上,分析了新农村建设系统具备生物功能的特征,具有耦合仿生的基础,具备耦合仿生的可行性。通过类比和模拟的方法,探讨了基于生物耦合仿生的新农村建设系统的耦合仿生特征及构成、耦合仿生的基本规律、耦合仿生机理、耦合仿生的条件和机制;通过对新农村建设系统与其内、外部环境进行各种能量交换过程中所产生的熵变,可测算新农村系统运行的混乱程度,找出干扰新农村系统无序的影响因素,以此判断系统的发展方向,进而提出协同管理策略,以期更好地实现新农村建设和社会和谐发展的目标。
This paper analyzed the characteristics of biological function of the new rural construction system,the foundation and the feasibility of coupling bionics based on the identification of each subsystem of the construction of new countryside.By means of analogy and simulation,the paper discussed the features,the structure,the basic rules,the mechanism and the conditions of coupling bionics based on the new rural construction system.Through measuring the entropy change in the course of the energy exchange of the construction of new rural system and its internal and external environment,we can calculate the chaos of the operation of new rural system and find out the factors of influencing the disorder of the new rural system,and judge the direction of development of the system.Then we can put forward the strategy of cooperative management,in order to achieve the goals of the new rural construction and social harmonious development better.
