为了研究反向导通双晶复合晶体管(RSD)开关在大电流脉冲放电领域中的应用,介绍了RSD的结构和工作原理;通过RSD导通机理和不同触发回路性能的分析,建立了基于RSD的脉冲放电试验回路;通过选取适当的回路参数得到了峰值为120.5kA、脉宽为240μs的脉冲放电电流。最后针对大功率脉冲应用条件指出了RSD在大电流脉冲放电应用中需要克服的触发回路设计及续流问题。
In order to study the application of RSD (Reversely Switched Dynistor) in large current pulsed discharge system, the paper firstly investigates the construction, conducting mechanism and various triggering circuits of RSD. Then a pulsed current discharge experimental circuit of RSD is set up. The experimental results showed that some series RSD valves with diameter of 76 mm could produce a pulsed current with maximum value of 120kA and pulse width of 240μs. Aimed at large current discharge application, the paper indicates that design of triggering circuit and reduction of reverse current is two key problems in the application of RSD.
