应用Pspice电路分析软件,对单级磁脉冲压缩系统在纯电阻负载(400Ω)情况下的压缩过程进行比较全面、准确的模拟,其中磁开关的模型基于微秒脉冲激励下的磁芯B-H曲线。当负载为400n时,Pspice模拟结果揭示了饱和变压器PT和磁开关MS,的磁芯所需的饱和时间分别为4μs和400ns,输出的负极性脉冲峰值-55kV,半高宽为100ns,下降沿为50ns,实验结果很好地验证了这一结论。

To understand the operation of a magnetic switch and model its performance, a model of the magnetic pulse compressor system is presented based on the Pspice software. Circuit analysis of compressor and charging system accounting for nonlinear processes in a magnetic switch is described. Simulation resuhs illustrate that in order to realize the desired pulse, 4 μs and 400 ns magnetization periods are required for PT1 and MS1, respectively. Two compression stages suffice for the forming of -55 kV, 100 ns pulses across a 400 12 load; the fall time is 50 ns. The experimental results obtained with a resistive load are in good agreement with the circuit simulation.
