采用溶剂热法,在密闭容器内,以丙酮-水为分散介质,过硫酸钾为引发剂引发甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和苯乙烯(St)共聚,制得了粒径约为31nm的均分散无皂纳米胶乳粒子。探讨了丙酮、引发剂用量、单体比和温度对粒子粒径、均分散性和乳泣稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,随着丙酮的增加和MMA比例的升高,粒径减小,均分散性下降;随着温度的升高和引发剂浓度的增大,粒径先减小后增大,均分散性先下降后升高。
Monodisperse emulsifier-free poly (styrene-methylmethacrylate) ( P ( St-MMA )) copolymer nanoparticles of average particle diameters about :31 nm were synthesized in acetonewater medium using potassium persulfate(KPS) as initiator via solvothermal method. The effects of amount of acetone, MMA/St proportion, the concentration of KPS and temperature on the average particle size and the monodispersity as well as the electrolyte-resistance stability of latex were investigated. The results indicate that the average particle size and monodispersity decrease with the addition of acetone or increasing of volume proportion of MMA with increasing the temperature and the concentration of KPS, the average particle size and monodispersity decrease early then increase.
