以席夫碱[N,N’,双(2,4-二羟基苯甲醛)缩邻苯二胺](L)和邻菲罗啉为配体,与稀土金属离子配位合成了稀土席夫碱邻菲罗啉三元配合物REM(o—phen)2C1·2H20(M=La^3+、Pr^3+、Nd^3+、Sm^3+),并利用红外光谱、紫外可见光谱、元素分析和摩尔电导率仪对其结构进行了分析表征,同时将该类配合物应用于生物活性抑菌试验。结果表明,所有配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌都有较好的抑菌作用,且配合物RESm(o—phen)。C1·2H20的抑菌活性最好。
Rare earth Schiff base and phenanthroline ternary complexes REM (o-phen)2C1·2H20(M=La3+ , Pr^3+, Nd^3+, Sm^3+) was synthesized with coordinate reaction containing Schiff base, phenanthroline and rare earth ion. Those complexes were characterized with infrared spectroscopy (IR) and UV-visible spectroscopy. To investigate the antibacterial activities of those ternary complexes, all of them were applied to against Escherich coli, Staphy lococ- cusaureus, Candida albican. The results showed that all of the complexes have higher antibacterial ability for three bacteria, and the complex RESm(o-phen)2 C1·2H20 have the optimal antibacterial ability in these complexes.
