英文摘要：

This study discusses the influence of the relational embedded intramural network on undergraduates＇ entrepreneurial ability. From a hierarchical regression analysis of the data collected from the 236 undergraduates＇ questionnaire, it finds that the relational embedded intramural network （trust, information sharing, and joint problem solving） positively influences their entrepreneurial abilities（ opportunity developing and operation management competences）. The results also demonstrate that the influence on their operation management competence is greater than that of the entrepreneurial education on them, which shows that the relational embedded intramural network is a new acting point besides the entrepreneurial education.
