摘要:研究了用户企业物联网商业模式的多维构思及其对企业绩效的直接和间接影响。通过问卷调查收集142家企业数据,并应用层次回归方法对相关假设进行了检验。研究发现,用户企业物联网商业模式由基于感知的效率、基于感知的新颖、基于智能的效率与基于智能的新颖4个维度构成;用户企业物联网商业模式各个维度不仅对企业绩效有直接影响,而且通过顾客集成的中介作用对企业绩效产生间接影响。
This paper explores the dimensions of the business model of the Internet of Things and their direct and indirect influence on firm performance. Using hierarchical regression analysis with data from 142 firms, this paper shows that the business model of the Internet of Things is a multidimensional construct comprising the efficiency based on sensing, the novelty based on sensing, the efficiency based on intelligence, and the novelty based on intelligence. The results also demonstrate that every dimension mentioned not only has a direct influence on firm performance but also has an indirect influence on firm performance through the mediating role of customer integration.
