将杉木粉高温热解炭化成可功能化的炭,经发烟硫酸磺化后,得到一类在多种有机合成中有酸催化活性的质子酸炭材料。考察了炭化、磺化条件对杉木炭磺酸酸量的影响。通过红外光谱、XRD、元素分析等对炭磺酸的表征,说明了对杉木炭的磺化改性成功。杉木炭磺酸对Pechmann缩合反应、酯化反应以及环氧化合物的醇解反应都具有良好的催化性能。
The functionlized charcoal was prepared by pyrolysis from Chinese fir wood processing residues. The bronsted acid carbon was obtained after the charcoal was sulfonated by fuming sulfuric acid, which have good catalytic activity in a variety of organic synthesis. The effects of the carbonization and sulfonation conditions on the amount of sulfonic acid were investigated. FTIR, XRD and elemental analysis shows that Chinese fir charcoal retained the benzene ring structure of lignin, and sulfonated groups successfully bonded to the charcoal skeleton. Chinese fir char sulfonic acid has excellent catalytic activity in the Pechmann condensation reaction, esterification and alcoholysis reaction of epoxy compounds.
