为计算船式拖拉机的船壳在实际工况下的应力及应变,运用流固耦合理论和有限元方法对船壳进行结构强度分析。分别计算船壳在不同载荷下的最大等效应力及变形量,进一步研究船式拖拉机工作速度对船壳最大等效应力和总变形量的影响,并对船壳进行强度校核和刚度评价。结果表明:船壳最大等效应力和变形量受水田支反力影响较大,受流体压力影响较小;船壳的最大等效应力及变形量随着速度的增加而增大,船壳的最大等效应力增大的速率较大。强度校核结果表明:当速度超过7m/s时,船壳在工作时有可能发生破坏;船壳刚度评价都符合标准要求。
To obtain the stress and the deformation of the hull of boat-type tractor under actual working conditions , fluid-structure coupling theory and finite element method were used to analyse the structure strength of the hull .The maxi-mum equivalent stress and deformation under different loads were calculated to study the influence of different working speeds of the boat-type tractor on maximum equivalent stress and total deformation of the hull .And strength checking and stiffness evaluation have been made to the hull .The results showed that the maximum equivalent stress and deforma-tion were primarily determined by support reaction of the paddy field , and were less affected by the fluid pressure .With increasing working speed , the maximum equivalent stress and deformation of the hull both increased ,while the maximum equivalent stress had a faster growth .The strength check results showed that the hull damage might occur if the speed was more than 7 m/s at work .The stiffness evaluation results showed that the hull was accord with the standard requirement .
