钻具接头形位尺寸测量一直是困扰现代化工业生产的一个重要技术难题,为此,设计了一种基于激光位移传感器的非接触式自动测量系统。该系统克服了传统的人工检测方法效率低下、检测精度低的缺点,具有稳定可靠的导轨机构和高灵敏度信号处理算法等特性。系统采用自适应平滑法进行信号预处理,提出一种基于点特征提取算法准确定位形位尺寸,最后对测量仪器的误差进行综合分析。实验结果表明该仪器具有较高的测量重复性和测量精度,具有很高的应用价值和广泛的应用前景。
Measuring the joint dimension of the drilling tool is an important technical problem for the modern industrial production. In order to solve the problem,a non-contact automatic measuring system based on laser displacement sensor was designed.The disadvantage of the traditional manual detection method,whose accuracy couldn't meet the predetermined requirements,was overcome by using the new system. It was composed of a stable and reliable guide rail and high sensitivity signal processing algorithm. Adaptive smoothing was used to preprocess signal,and an accurate location based on point feature extraction algorithm was proposed. Finally,the errors of the measuring instrument were analyzed synthetically. Experimental results show that the instrument has high repeatability and accuracy,and has high application value and wide application prospect.
