Dynamics of the following difference equation will be investigated：x（n＋1）=（α＋B1x（n-1）＋B3x（n-3）＋…＋B（2k＋1）x（n-2k-1）/（A＋B0xn＋B2x（n-2）＋…＋B（2k）x（n-2k） the nature of the soultion of the difference equation will be investigated in four cases.
