以上游装配式供应链为研究对象,分析了装配式供应链不确定性来源,即供应过程、生产过程和需求过程,剖析了加剧装配式供应链系统不确定性的影响因素,即装配式供应链复杂的串-并联网络和供应节点之间的交互关系,这些导致装配式供应链系统交货数量不确定、交货时间不确定和供应商库存不确定,进而提出了消除装配式供应链不确定性产生根源的方法,最后针对装配式供应链运作过程中不确定性控制问题,提出了时间压缩、空间压缩、信息共享、战略伙伴关系和激励机制五大控制策略。
The upstream assembly supply chain was regarded as the research object.Then emergence source of uncertainty in assembly supply chain was analyzed,which is from supply process,production process and demand process.Complex series-parallel network and interaction between the nodes in assembly supply chain aggravated uncertainty of assembly supply chain system,which resulted in uncertainty of delivery quantity,delivery time and supplier's inventory.Finally,method of eliminating uncertainty emergence source in assembly supply chain was put forward,and as to the control of uncertainty in assembly supply chain the five controlling strategy was proposed from the aspect of time compression,space compression,information sharing,strategic partnership and incentive mechanism.
