This paper based on the basic policy ＂wisdom city＂ construction of Wuhan city, combined the networking technologies and BRP to construct a business optimization model ＂wisdom/content networking-BPR＂ supply chain. And through innovative survey on small and medium-sized enterprises in Wuhan city of the supply chain, we set up the wisdom supply chain, so as to improve the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, promote the process of ＂wisdom city＂.
