Human form is the premise to define human beings. Amongst the relationships of man, human naturality and human nature, man is the carrier of the other two; and human naturality refers to the corporal property of human beings, which is man's biological feature; and human nature is the spiritual attribute of human beings, which is man's ethical and moral feature. Human naturality is the counterpart of human nature. Mankind is born with human naturality. It is not exclusive to man, but shared by other creatures. However, human nature is man's moral property, which is an ethical term. Human nature is only used to define human beings. Other creatures cannot have it. Moreover, human nature is acquired rather than innate. Human naturality can be inherited, but human nature has to be formed in a certain ethical environment, and perfected via moral teachings. The existing discussions on the issues of whether man is born good or evil show more or less misreading and misunderstanding of the definition of human nature. It is not until we clearly define the concepts of man, instinct, natuality, human naturality and human nature that we .are able to completely understand what human nature is.
