为了快速准确地评价材料对电磁脉冲的屏蔽效能,搭建了采用法兰同轴法的材料电磁脉冲屏蔽效能时域测试系统,测量了有无屏蔽材料时不同幅值和脉宽的方波脉冲通过同轴装置后的时域波形参数,计算了材料的频域屏蔽效能,所得结果与频域测试方法一致。通过与数值计算结果的对比,分析了透射方波脉冲的上升沿过冲振荡,提出了同轴装置改进的建议。使用能量比值计算了不同幅值与脉宽方波脉冲激励下的时域屏蔽效能,其结果具有很好的一致性与重复性。试验表明,采用法兰同轴法的屏蔽效能时域测试方法适用范围广且具有较好的重复性,能够提供比频域测试方法更多的细节信息。
A time domain test system on material's shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic pulse was developed based on the method of coaxial flange for fast and accurate evaluation of material's shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic pulse.The time domain waveform parameters of different amplitude and pulse width of the square wave pulse through the coaxial device with or without shielding materials were measured.Material's shielding effectiveness was calculated in frequency domain,and the results were consistent with those by frequency domain test.Compared with numerical calculation results,the rising edge overshoot oscillation of the transmitted square wave pulse was analyzed,and some improvement measures of the coaxial device were proposed.Material's time domain shielding effectiveness was calculated in square wave pulse excitation with the different amplitude and pulse width using energy ratio.The results show that wide adaptability and repetitiveness can be achieved in the time domain test method of shielding effectiveness based on coaxial flange method,and more detailed information of the method can be provided than that of the frequency domain test method.
