赤霉素处理对红地球葡萄商品性状构成因素及内源激素的影响

以6年生红地球葡萄为试材,研究赤霉素(GA3)处理对果实商品性状及内源激素的影响。研究结果表明:外源GA3处理增加了葡萄果实内源激素含量。经测定,在果实发育前期和中期,果实内IAA、ZR含量均高于CK,果实成熟时,以上2种激素含量均与CK趋于一致,表明GA3处理对果实早期膨大有重要作用。结果还表明,从盛花后23d到果实成熟阶段,果实中ABA和GA3含量变化趋势相似。外源GA3处理后,处理果和对照果ABA含量在盛花后23d达到1个峰值,但50mg/kgGA3处理的果实在盛花后30d达到最高峰,随后快速下降,果实发育后期,各处理ABA含量又有所上升。果实中总GA3含量在整个生长过程中出现2次明显峰值,均高于对照组。外源GA3处理可促进果实生长发育,增大果粒,增加果实的含糖量,其中50mg/kgGA3处理效果较显著,平均单粒重达到11.53g,较对照组提高18.1%,可溶性固形物含量达到18.99%,较对照组提高7.5%。

英文摘要:

The effects of GA3 on commodity characters and endogenous hormone content in the fruits of 6a Globe grapes were studied. The results showed that the contents of endogenous hormone of four treatments increased under GA3 treatment. IAA and ZR contents in grape fruits were higher than CK in the early and middle stages of fruit development. These results indicated that GA3 was very important in the early period of fruit development. The same changes of endogenous hormone in ABA and GA3 content also were observed from 23d after full bloom to fruit ripening stage. After the treatment with GA3, ABA content reached a peak after 23d of full bloom in fruits,but the treatment with 50mg/kg GA3 reached a peak after 30d of full bloom, following it was rapid decline. Then at the late stage of fruit development, ABA content increased. GA3 contents during the whole fruit development process had two obvious peaks and were higher than CK. These results showed that the different concentrations of Gibberellic acid(GA3) had significant effects on promoting growth of fruits, enlarging fruits and enhancing sugar content in the fruits of 'Red Globe'grapes during fruit development, especially the treatment with 50mg/kg GA3. Average weight of fruits was 11. 53g and increased 18. 1% more than CK. Soluble solids content reached 18. 99% and increased 7.5% more than CK.
