葡萄果实品质包括果实大小及果形、色泽、糖分、有机酸以及其他风味物质等方面,合理使用植物生长调节剂可在一定程度上起到对果实的生长发育及品质形成调控作用。本文就赤霉素、细胞分裂素、乙烯利、脱落酸对葡萄果实品质调控的研究进展和作用机理进行了论述,并对今后的研究方向进行探讨。
Qualities of grape berries were composed of fruit size and figure, color, sugar, organic and other flavor components, The development and quality forming of fruit could be regulated by reasonably applying plant growth regulators. The progresses and principles of gibberellin(GA), cytokinin(CTK), ethylene(ETH) and abscisic acid(ABA) regulating grape fruit quality were reviewed in this paper, the perspective of this field were also illustrated.
