Qualities of grape berries were composed of fruit size and figure, color, sugar, organic and other flavor components, The development and quality forming of fruit could be regulated by reasonably applying plant growth regulators. The progresses and principles of gibberellin（GA）, cytokinin（CTK）, ethylene（ETH） and abscisic acid（ABA） regulating grape fruit quality were reviewed in this paper, the perspective of this field were also illustrated.
