研究基因重组蛛丝蛋白pNSR-16与聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混复合材料。结果表明高分子量的PVA-124对蛛丝蛋白的改性效果较好;IR分析表明PVA-124分子能促进pNSR-16分子构象由无规卷曲向β-折叠转化;SEM观察表明pNSR-16与PVA-124相容性好;体外细胞培养初步证明了复合支架材料具有生物相容性。
Recombinant Spider Silk Protein pNSR16/poly vinyl alcohol composite material was studied in this research.The results showed PVA with higher molecule weight has a better modifying effect on the protein than the lower one.Infrared Spectrum showed PVA-124 molecule can promote the transformation of pNSR-16 molecule from random coil to β-fold.SEM results showed the compatibility of the two phases in the composite material is fine.In vitro cell culture results primarily suggested the composite material has biocompatibility.
