采用1998-2011年间中国30个省份数据,研究分析中国人力创新要素、资本创新要素、产业创新要素的空间分布状况与中国30个省区创新要素的经济增长效应。结果表明,资本创新要素是中国省区经济增长的火车头,产业创新要素的经济增长效应与区域经济发展水平呈正相关,人力创新要素对经济增长推动效应的发挥须经历“磨合周期”的考验。为此,加大研发资金的金融产品创新力度,以促进产业结构与空间结构的耦合式优化,推动研发人员的空间集聚与知识共享。
Based on 30 provinces statistical during 1998-2011 in China, the authors has analyzedthe spatial distribution of technological innovation factors input included the human capital, generalcapital and industrial capital. Then, with the extended model of the knowledge production function, theempirical analysis about the economic growth effect of 30 provinces' technological innovation factors inChina has been carried out. The results show that the capital innovation factor is the locomotive ofeconomic growth in China. The economic growth effect of industrial innovation factor has the positivecorrelation with regional economic development level. The economic growth effect of human innovationfactor come into play should experience the test of running-in period. Finally the suggestion is providedthat we should promote spatial agglomeration of research and development personnel and knowledgesharing, the coupling optimization of industrial structure and spatial structure. In addition, increasing theintensity of innovation of finance product of R&D funds is necessary.
