目的探讨药师干预模式对治疗出院高血压患者依从性及疗效的影响。方法选取本院心内科出院的60例高血压患者,随机平均分为干预组和对照组,干预组在传统模式的基础上给予药师干预;对照组仅给予传统模式。采用常规检查及问卷调查评价患者的依从性及疗效,比较2种模式对患者的影响。结果观察6个月、12个月后,干预组患者的依从性及疗效均明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论药师干预模式能够较好地提高出院高血压患者治疗依从性及疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of pharmacist intervention model on compliance and efficacy of the treatment in discharged hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 60 patients with hypertension discharged from hospital were randomly assigned to the intervention group and the control group. Patients in the intervention group received pharmacist intervention on the basis of the traditional modes. Patients in the control group were treated by the traditional treatment model. The conventional examination and questionnaire survey were used to evaluate the compliance and efficacy of the treatment. The effect of two modes on patients were compared. Results 6 months, 12 months later, adherence and efficacy in patients in the intervention group were significantly better than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Reasonable pharmacist intervention model can improve the compliance and efficacy of treatment in discharged hypertensive patients.
