在零件加工生产实训的教学过程中,学生根据零件图能够手工编制出零件加工程序,却因为不会对刀而加工不出合格的零件。针对上述问题,文中采用HNC 21T系统的数控车床,结合复杂零件手工编程实例,依次使用刀具补偿T指令、G54~G59指令和G92指令三种方法进行了对刀操作,并详尽阐述了三种多刀的实际对刀方法的步骤、注意事项,为教学和中小企业的实际对刀提供一定的参考价值。
According to part drawing, the students can program manually NC programming in teaching process of the CNC production training; but most of them don’t process qualified parts because of the lack of the adjusting tool’s knowledge.Three different useful and practical manual tool setting methods are given by using HNC 21 T system in NC lathe. Through the manual NC program complex parts’ example in the CNC production training teaching process, this paper uses three manual tool setting methods, namely cutter compensation T, G54 ~G59, and G92 in turn. The steps of these tool setting methods are discussed. The instructive principle is certainly given for the practical manual adjusting tool of teaching and small and medium-sized enterprises.
