物流仓储配送优化对于提高整体物流效率具有重要现实意义。射频识别(RFID)技术能够准确识别货品、跟踪整个仓储配送过程,为提高仓储配送作业效率提供可视化服务管理。文章在探讨物流仓储配送RFID系统配置及其过程描述基础上,建立了仓储配送优化搬运距离模型,给出了一个由RFID物理服务层、数据通信服务层、业务逻辑集成服务层和应用服务层组成的RFID物流仓储配送可视化运作管理系统结构。运用本文建立的配送搬运过程优化模型,应用RFID过程状态信息跟踪功能,能够可视化地控制配送搬运设备的优化运作,实时将配送拣选状态变化信息传输到仓库管理系统和订单管理系统,及时更新仓库和订单信息,实现物流仓储配送过程的优化并进行有效的可视化管理。
Optimization of logistics warehouse distribution is of great significance for us to improve the integrated efficient of logistics.Due to the automatic data capture or auto identification and tracking functions,RFID technology has been booming in the logistic warehouse distribution processes by providing visual service to realize high efficiency.The authors firstly give out a warehouse distribution RFID system deployment and its processes description.Then,an optimal transited distance model of distributed process is developed.And a RFID visualization service operations management system framework is also present with the RFID physical service layer,data communication service layer,business logic integration services layer and application services layer.Within this framework,the system could instruct delivery handling equipment(e.g.,forklift) to move based on the distance optimization model for distribution and delivery status change information transmitted to the warehouse management system and order management systems,and timely update the warehouse and order information to achieve optimization of logistics and effective visual management.
