Logistics pallets pooling system is playing more and more important role in enhancing logistics efficiency and saving resources. The author firstly presents a framework of pallets pooling service supply chain system and the optimal management, such as the processes service, e-business information service and the optimal analysis and strategies. The author then analyzes these three components, respectively. Finally, the author also puts forward some countermeasures in improving the efficiency and turn over of pallets, saving cost of logistics and natural resources, and promoting the rapid development of logistics pallets pooling service supply chain system.
