通过化学成分分析、活体外消化率测定和绵羊饲养试验,研究了2%尿素与氢氧化钙复合处理对小麦秸营养价值的影响。结果表明:氢氧化钙大于6%时,氮保留率可达到98%;氢氧化钙为6%时,提高营养价值效果与4%NaOH处理相当;氢氧化钙为4%时,效果与单纯6%尿素处理相当。羊的饲养试验结果显示,2%尿素和6%氢氧化钙复合处理小麦秸效果最好。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of treatment with calcium hydroxide and 2% urea on nutritional value of wheat straw by chemical analysis, in vitro two-stage digestion and sheep feeding trials. The resuits showed that the proportion of N residue reached to 98% in wheat straw if wheat straw was treated with the combination of 2% urea and 6% (or higher) calcium hydroxide. When treated with the combination of 2%urea and 6% calcium hydroxide, the effect was equal to that of treatment with only 4% NaOH; when treated with the combine of 2% urea and 4% calcium hydroxide, the effect of increasing nutritional value of wheat straw was equal to that of treatment with only 6% urea. The combination of 2% urea and 6% calcium hydroxide was the best way to deal with wheat straw as the feed of sheep.
