采用扎根理论研究方法，以温州泵阀产业集群作为研究对象，以详细调查和深度访谈搜集的数据为基础，通过进行开放性译码分析、主轴译码分析和选择性译码分析，对企业集群环境下供应链快速响应能力影响因素进行实证研究，得出影响因素为：集群网络协同基础、流程一体化程度、信息与物流集成水平、顾客需求导向性。并提出应整合集群资源，实现顾客需求的快速响应，提高供应链快速响应能力。

英文摘要：

By using Grounded Theory, this paper carries out an empirical study on the pump-valve enterprise cluster in Wenzhou. The statistics, collected from thorough investigation and in-depth interviews, are analyzed in three ways： open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. It concluds that the foundation of cluster network coordination, the level of process integration, the integrated level of information and logistics, as well as the customer＇s requirements are the factors which will affect the supply chain＇s quick response ability. This paper also proposes that resources should be integrated to improve the supply chain＇s quick response ability and meet the customer＇s needs.
